Prior to founding Asbuilt Analytics, Andrei worked in project management roles at Mirvac, Laing O’Rourke, Built and in Local Government.

With over 16 years' experience in the property and construction sector, Andrei has worked on a number of complex projects across a variety of asset classes including:

Ben Di Tommaso

Project Manager

Ben joined Asbuilt Analytics after 4 years at Mirvac as a Site Engineer on the landmark 55 Pitt Street tower - a $2 billion, 55-storey commercial development in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

With hands-on experience across the full construction lifecycle, Ben brings deep technical knowledge in structural delivery, buildability, construction programming, and stakeholder coordination. At Asbuilt Analytics, Ben leads construction program development and client engagement across a diverse portfolio including residential, commercial, mixed-use and build-to-rent projects.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from UNSW and a Cert IV in Building & Construction.
